Mobile experience

A number of RealPrize customer reviews rave about the speed and quality of the customer support. In our experience, the number of options to reach customer service are limited at RealPrize when compared with other sites like Jackpota and High 5 Casino.
Until you get into a higher VIP tier, you can’t access live chat support, which we found inconvenient. As a Gold member, you have to reach out through the contact form, which can take 1-3 days to get a response.
